Harcourt Trophies Vocabulary and Comprehension Adapted
Harcourt Trophies Vocabulary and Comprehension Adapted
Adapted activities for Harcourt Trophies textbooks. K-5. I started adapting in second grade. Five worksheets per story. Two Vocabulary worksheets and three comprehension worksheets. My son is in a full inclusion classroom. He listens to each story twice on CD and then reads it to his aid, (guided reading). He then completes the adapted worksheets. This gives him access to the general education curriculum. He has made excellent progress with his reading and with his comprehension. I hope what I have done can help other children. Please add activities to the collection if you have them.
