I just posted a set of tutorial boards on creating an interactive "complete the sentence" activity.  I included different levels of sophistication, from something very simply to using the svbuttontext system variable and macros to make it more efficient and flexible.  If you're interested, take a look, and if you have any questions, feel free to post here!
