Description:
This zipped file includes Boardmaker communication boards for specific Dr. Suess storybooks. All of these boards were developed for UNM AAC Research Lab projects. The Dr. Seuss boards were developed for a preschooler with autism who was just beginning to use voice output devices. The boards were designed to improve his early turn-taking skills and to capture his interest; therefore, most of the boards focus on the characters in the story. If you have BoardmakerTM, you should be able to download these boards, place them on voice output devices, and modify them as you wish. To find similar boards, visit cathybinger.com and click on the clinical resources tab.
