Description:

for recording daily homework assignments in middle and high school. Can easily be modified. Helps with organizing important information and facilitates communication between teachers and parents while building in some student responsibility. Student could receive a reinforcer at home for having teachers initial the page. Student is responsible for writing on the agenda and taking it to the teacher for initials, then showing to parents at home.
