County down, stand up board

Description:
This was created for a little boy who drops to the ground. He earns pennies for appropriate behavior, but needed more visual support to understand that getting up after a drop would earn a penny as well. He counts down from 10, so we built that into the strategy, once we start, he has to count with us.
