Description:
This would be read to James until he is able to memorize or remember the hand motions that go along with this story. When speaking to James positive language would be used when only directing attention to what should be done rather than any negative examples. We would use this to assist James in his short term objective to wait 30-60 seconds before the next activity. While the visuals and intended hand motions would assist with recognition with sign language and assist his learning of this story. The hand motions would be sign language to go along with the story and assist with his memory of the story.
