Description:
This recipe is quick, easy and surprisingly tasty. Enjoy! The shaping and rolling involved provides a fun activity that helps strengthen fine motor skills. Cooking in the classroom is not only fun and memorable but is also a great way to teach measurement skills and the how and why of following directions. I include pictures for things that will be used to make the recipe in order to discuss those things with students. I use the discussions to enhance language skills and further vocabulary development in relationship to functional/cooking skills.
