Description:

Student earns stars for work/task completion. Stars are moved from far left box over to the box to its right as student is positively working on task. Once all stars are moved to the right, it is time for break. Break choices are placed in the next set of boxes (left-most box) and when that choice is used, it is moved over to the box to its right. Choice options can be stored with Velcro on back of the chart, as are extra stars. Everything is attached by Velcro on the front of the chart as well.
