Description:

The student will add and subtract single digit positive and negative integers using a number line. This activity was designed to meet the “Dimensions Scale: 3 points”. Please note that using this activity does not guarantee that the student will receive specific points on their portfolio. As the student’s teacher, you must be sure that your student has been taught the concepts depicted in the Task Specification for this activity, has many attempts to practice the skills and been given access to be able to independently demonstrate his/her knowledge of the skill.
