It can be difficult for students with disabilities to learn Hebrew prayers and understand their meaning. Mayer Johnson symbols can help make these blessings accessible and understandable for students. Each Hebrew phrase is transliterated, accompanied by a simple English translation, and illustrated with symbols using Boardmaker. This file contains the blessing recited before hearing the shofar on the High Holidays.
